The steering angle sensor is mounted on the column further down it's length ,follow the wires from the connector to where they enter the main haness-you will have to un-tape the harness partially and you will see some blue tape this is the splice joint insulation.there are 2/3 of these ,the harness could have become stretched and caused them to loosen.
Can bus repairs need to be done correctly -i would advise you to leave well alone-for a dealer with the know how it should just take an hour to check them out and repair if necessary.

jamo... obiusly u didn't test to get the extra 35mm manualy after the extented mode ?? (it could be nice to know tht works)

hi jamo.
the manual says tht once u are on extented mode, then u can press
the button continusly fr some seconds and the car will give u 35mm more !!
i.e : 35mm of extented mode when yr bely reaches bottom plus 35mm
on demand ??? sounds nice.
