So if we post an interesting fact on a completely pointless thread... it will save it from certain and deserved deletion ?
Or not ?

It should be kept as an example of how not to start the same thread multiple times

Thread title is the same lads but the content wasn't .
If the thread was left as it is/was then then it might have petered out all by itself ....

It's an off topic area, random things come up in the random discussions, there is no point to the thread other than whatever people want to post. That, therefore makes it a valid post (like the other) as people (INCLUDING YOU) continue to contribute to it.
In fact, Simon and Slimer combined have contributed more to the thread (well almost) than anyone else!
So I ask all the inane posters to continue and rise up against the machine & post drivel or whatever you feel like posting.
If you want to join in NON pointless threads, then exit the off topic area and go and start some yourself and contribute something more useful to the world.
Leave us pointless people with our pointless threads and let us continue to enjoy our pointless existence as clearly it's of no interest to you........ Bodsys Brake Bible
