Were the last three letters *J* with the two *s being letters at the far end of the alphabet...?
That'll be the 'Edinburgh G4' spotted fairly regularly now. Usually driven by a woman with school kids. It's been spotted a bit further south too. Never been parked long enough to 'ticket' it with a DISCO3 flyer though  2007 Porsche Boxster (987) 2.7

Yep - it had Edinburgh parking badges - obviously got lost on school run! Or darlings have now progressed to tertiary education in Glasgow and were being chauffeured there.
