HI.
I know that this has been addressed in some related posts, but what specifically is the extra weight of the rear wheel carrier and the long range tank?
If the long range tank is empty you are only carrying the weight of the tank and the swing arm, so how is that any different from people with drawer systems, rooftop tents, water tanks etc?
Wallowing aroung offroad under-damped doesn't seem like fun, but given the above, there must be lots of wallowers out there.

Hi Andrew,
I would say about 30 kg, but the fun starts when you fill up all
these lovely extra's and pack the rear full with all the necessities. run
out of space and load the roof rack also  Looks so cool.
And we wallow on are way into the blue yonder and go
where few dare and DO WHAT OTHERS ONLY DREAM ABOUT.
A bit of wallow is part of the trip experience, when I look around
me on our club trips and see how other vehicles preform with
their " Trick " suspensions, I just at the comfort I
enjoy. If you feel the need to wallow less then an upgrade
is in order. 
But mine in STD shocks is good enough for me.
