We just bought from JV Like and, whilst their pre-sale interest. negotiation and service was good, the collection wasn't great (car clearly hadn't been valeted and a scratch they'd dealt with was a complete balls-up (wrong colour match and not lacquered - obviously a Chips Away-type repair).
Sales guy (AD) was pretty good, though he seemed frustrated that we were asking them to dot i's and cross t's. Perhaps they are used to dealing on trust. Overall not bad, but not world class.

So I expect they will be paying for it to be repaired professionally at a body shop of your choice then In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.
