Rear Boot lid - thinks its open
Hello,
Had a school boy moment...left my rear boot hatch up and reverse it slightly into a wall...
Now the boot lid is very slightly out of line. but...the car thinks the hatch is open when its shut. I can't seem to find the sensor? Any ideas? Usually there is a "push button" typre sensor but i can't find anything like that!
IN the ideal world, I would need to replace the following hinge, as its bent... is this a big job?
thanks as always!

I don't know for sure in this case, but usually these things are a microswitch in the latch mechanism.

The microswitch will almost certainly be part of the latch mechanism so the lid is not closing properly.
The hinge itself is LR083492A visitor from the dark side, my other vehicle is an is still an EV. Strictly speaking its SWMBO.
