For the un-initiated...

Go to your gallery, upload the picture, then view the picture, now Copy the BBCode text and Paste it into your message. It looks like this

[img]http://www.disco3.co.uk/gallery/albums/userpics/11468/normal_cleaning%20006%7E0.jpg[/img]

and when you preview/submit the message you get the pic in it Smile

Edit - Slimer's a fast typer LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.
