Front Parking Lights Yellow?
This is purely cosmetic ONLY and a matter of personal taste, but I've noticed that the front parking lights are "too" yellow for my liking. They clash with the brightness of the Xenons..... especially at dusk!!!
Don't you guys agree?
If so has anyone found a suitable "whiter" bulb that I can replace them with ???
This is the bulb I'm referring to

Have a look at the led threads - they will fit the bill
The first LEDs failed very quickly, but the second set are still going strong I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

The LED's should not fail, perhaps the problems seen are vibration and failure in connection or soldering of the LED's into the standard bulb cups?
I have some ultraLED "Bulbs" in my garden lighting, which is cheap and leaky B&Q specials, and they are out all weather and come on each night, they are going strong after a year or more which would make me think that maybe its vibration thats the cause...
I fitted the Phillips blue option and they work just fine and look good when on. When off you see a blue bulb.
Given they are little money give it a go!!!
Plenty in the valleys - can't move for them!!!!!

I did the same as Simoniz, with the same satifaction. Don't remember if I ordered Osram or Philips. Anyway it's blue when not shining and white when shining. MUUUCH nicer than the "yellow" bulbs. Some people get by

Jeez, just had a look at my D3 last night as the missus drove off and questioned if I could change the bulbs to get them to match the headlights........Voila!
Moby, if you are ordering a set from overseas then count me in for a set too. I am traveling for a bit, but back in Oz 19 May and can settle up then if you are cool with ordering them in.

IF you dont want to use LED's, you could try the sidelight bulbs from a RRS. They have a blue tint on the glass and a funny wee tip on them. They burn brighter than normal halogens, and are a bit whiter. Only downside is they cost about £6 each for a sidelight bulb...
