RH Inlet manifold / fuel rail manifold help please!
can someone help me please.
im doing the RH intake manifold and I cant get the bolts any further out on the fuel rail manifold they are both tight up and stopped against the EGR and the coolant pipe I can't get them any further out.
what do I do???

I think this came up recently but can't for the life of me remember the solution. Have a search ? wasn't more than 4 months ago as far as I can recall.

You'll have to losen the 3 EGR bolts so that you can move that unit/pipe to get it out

I did this last month, I removed the EGR coolant hose, and i removed the solenoid with the 4 torx bolts.. you'll have to put the manifold bolt back in, remove the solenoid the take the bolt out..Disco4 MY16 SDV6 Landmark Black

got the new inlet manifold fitted but alignment with the injector ports isn't great it seems to be off centre
will this square up or is it a defect, its just sat on there with a couple of bolts finger tight.

Have you tightened any of the bolts yet? It’s keep them all loose and fit the injectors first with loose bolts and tighten the rest after.Disco4 MY16 SDV6 Landmark Black

ah ok great I was thinking of putting the bolts in for the injectors to sign it up so that make sense cheersCurrent........

for anyone who has done the RH inlet manifold replacement, can you help please.
I literally teared mine down in the dark with a head torch on and I have so many bits I have no idea where they go.
if anyone took pics pre tear down and can share please help me!!
