HI, just got reply from wiesemans, they don't do any conversion for D3 only Defenders, they sent me link to group on facebook; https://www.facebook.com/groups/1090085029054744
Well, last night I do finally got to see my bearings, didn't take the engine out, my mains look like would just been fitted beautiful, the knocking sound was from the conrod bearing is thick as paper nothing left from it, one conrod bolt was loose!!!! couldn't believe it that was the reason why the engine had knocking sound, so got to change all conrod bearings and one conrod and should be all good again,
just need to work it to take engine out or do it with the engine in situ,

It’s easy to take the drivers side head off in the car.
So if the con rod is on that side….

yes is on drivers side
I think I will just take head off and do it this way, but still have to find way to polish the crank where was the damage bearing,
