Rattle when driving at around 1500 rpm also when letting off the gas from what i have read im suspecting torque convertor but hoping not lr3 is tdv6 auto with 190k on clock

Will post a vid when i pop out this afternoon, it did cross my mind that i could be a heat shield or even from prop carrier bearing tbh
