Not having much luck at the moment - one problem after another.
Replaced brake disc/shoes to try and resolve me EPB issue - which it hasn't, so next step is to remove module and see if the gears have came loose and repair/replace if necessary.
Anyway, immediately after fitting everything and starting it up, the fuel gauge is gone wonky - saying it's empty (obviously not). Is this the dreaded fuel sensor/sender problem which needs tank removed to fix or is there maybe a electronic fault that needs reset?
I had it jacked up a fair bit at rear whilst doing brakes over the last few days. Other than that, I removed the EPB fuse and also the suspension fuse.
Someone's got it on for me!! If in doot, flat oot!!

Doing a bit more digging, sounds like the fuel sender connections may be goosed.

Check all connections on cables around where you have been working, before dropping the tank. It's a land rover! Could also be cold weather, battery on the way out?

Yeah, I've to tackle the EPB module today so will take a look when I jack it up. I'm wondering, with the tank being almost completely full and pitched on it's nose when I had it jacked up, if there's been a bit of debry or sludge into the float, or that the senders have got 'saturated' (although is everything in there not supposed to be water (fuel) proof anyway?)
It's gotta be no coincedence that one second it's fine, I jack car right up at rear and then it's crapped out. If in doot, flat oot!!

Wierdly, my fault seems to have occured as a result of pulling the EPB fuse. Just as well I didn't drop the tank to rewire the sender! If in doot, flat oot!!

OK, back at it again.... seems the fuel gauge is still playing up even with brake module fuse back in.
It's ok when I start it up, but then proceeds to make its way - slowly but surely - to zero. Almost as if you have a 10 pence sized hole in the tank and it's leaking diesel as you drive along (though obviously it's not).
This still more than likely be the fauly of a dodgy fuel sender connector? I have the LR crimped connectors to remove the original and bypass that seemingly dodgy item. I hope to hell that's all it is. Odd that it's not going from correct level to zero though and making a steady direction to zero. Anyone got a clue? If in doot, flat oot!!
