Hi somebody tried this typology of engine oil 5W/40 C3 for LR 4 as per suggestion LR time ?

Got 5/40 in my Sport 2.7 at the moment because that's what I got when I changed my oil temp sensor. It still sounds like a bag of spanners and I'm sure it takes a bit longer before the light goes out. Try it it may have some benefit on a high mileage engine but my engine has only done 36k miles since a full recon. I'll be going back to 5w30 at the next oil change. My Dad used to say any oil is better than no oil.
