Suspension fault after changing tire

Hi there.

I changed a tire today, but before I jacked the car up, I dropped it and locket the suspension. After I was done, and start the car, it come up with suspension fault and dropped to bumb stoppeds, Now I cannot get it back to normal Hight, what can I do or why has this happened?
