Dunlop coil struts

Sorry for using a dirty word, a mate bought a D3 that has a dunlop coil spring conversion.
Ground clearance is rubbish and he wants to change the springs, do these struts use a common size spring ie, can he use something like old man emu or similar replacements ?

not sure about Dunlop struts but I fitted mine on OEM struts with no issues at all (i guess Dunlop has to conform to similar sizing? )

I had the Dunlop kit with OME extended springs for a 2" lift, they will fit fine.

If I remember correctly these are what I bought:

https://www.devon4x4.com/spring-l-r-disco-2005-on-r-34206.html

They are plenty firm enough, don't bother with the HD springs unless you have serious weight fitted (underbody protection/steel bumpers/etc)
