What does bulletin LA501-013 say ?

I have a problm with the door panels showing a strange white shade.
My dealer wants to tell me tht this is dust/dirt. I saw a bulletin LA501-013 on GTR i only could read the topic without supscription.
I need this bulletin to talk to the dealer.

At least in the states, Land Rover service departments should have a special cleaning process now.

Oxidation of the materials used in making the door panels apparently.

All you need is washing up liquid diluted to 20 parts water and wipe over the door panels.

May come back but will work its self out after a while.

Never had this on mine and usually appears if you've had water in the inside of the doors - rain - and not dried it off.

Nothing to worry about.

Thanks for all the hints.
The main problem I have is the dealer. They always tell me bull* !
Like: it is dust
Same with the European towing socket (My connector is faulty) Only after i came up with the bulletins they took me serious Crying or Very sad
Remember my post with the water ingress in the A-Frame? same dealer told me stories.
Here in Germany there are just not enough Land Rovers around to find and experienced dealer.

I had the white stuff on the door panels. It was bizarre, and covered the entire door panel on all 4 doors. I didn’t want to use that trim restorer because of a bad memory as a youngster where a friend did the inside of his XR3i and it never really recovered. All slimy and shinny.

Anyway, I scrubbed mine with some furniture polish and it did the trick. It came back after a couple of months, but due to the polish, the second time it just wiped off with a dry cloth or in my case a vacuum cleaner and a brush. Not seen it since.

What I find worse is the state of the inside of my windscreen. I’m forever cleaning it.
