[For Sale] Disco 4 SDV6 HSE 2012 Orkney Grey
The time has come to depart with my Disco 4, I have owned it for nearly Seven years and it has been a great car.
The reason for sale is that my wife and I have decided that we no longer need two cars. Being 77 years old the costs of insurance and the fact that up until now I have done all repairs and servicing myself, the most recent being replacing both inlet manifolds.
Having just had a second knee replacement even removing a wheel will be a challenge from now on!
No Accidents or damage, car drives perfectly.
Price £8000 OVNO
The mileage is 102,375 This will not change other than test drives.
The spec additional to the standard HSE is as follows:
Heated steering wheel.
Fridge.
Television
Surround cameras.
20" wheels.
Dash camera.
Tinted rear windows.
Spare wheel security plate.
Servicing has all been done by myself, Oil and Filter changes every 6 months (approx 2,500 miles)
Both belts changed at 7 years
Glow plugs (6) changed.
New front lower arms and Hunter wheel alignment.
Discs and pads.
This year:
New Yuasa battery.
New Denso alternator.
New Denso starter motor.
Crankshaft sensor Changed by Land Rover indy (1st and only time I have put a car into a garage!)
Rear brake shoes changed.
Changed Brake fluid.
Two new front Pirelli tyres, (June)
Left and Right hand inlet manifolds changed in July.

Those alloys are sparkling! How on earth do you keep them that clean? Lovely car with clean MOT history. Good luck with sale.

Navydoc, I use a good quality alloy wheel cleaner, although the wheels get cleaned on a regular basis and the car has never been offroad probably helps.
Jimz, I agree with your comment, I will be selling my wife's Ford Focus soon its 10 years old done 19,000 miles and Autotrader values it at nearly £9k. I know which car I would rather have!!

This has got to be snapped up by someone quickly. Owned 7 years by a mature driver who obviously knows how to look after his cars. Reasonable mileage for year and super clean and tidy with a good maintenance record. What more can you ask for only £8000.Currently 2015 D4 SE Tech, Corris Grey

What a cracking car fireburst and exactly what I'm looking for. I can't do anything until my fullfat is sold. Shame you not looking for a range rover.
