Leak off pipes snapped off in the injectors TDV6
As the title suggests.. I have a 2004 D3 and it seems everything that is plastic is brittle. I accidentally snapped one of the leak off fuel pipes at the temperature sensor.. I bought a whole new leak off pipe to replace the old one.
of the 6 injectors I have successfully removed 2 of the leak off pipes, 4 of the o rings have been left behind with some of the 'flared' plastic end.
Please find pictures to explain what I mean, there is one of the 2 which came out clean and one of the 4 which left themselves in the injector.
any of you clever chaps got a solution for me? I would love to avoid pulling injectors as I don't have any copper washers.

Because I hate finding threads with the exact same problem I am having, yet no replies. I did in fact solve this issue without pulling injectors.
Firstly. Walk away and have a cup of tea, I waited two days for my frustration to subside:
You will need a small screw (number 2 or 3) probably multiples, depending on the number of pipe ends lost.
You will also require a blow torch and some long nose pliers. And optionally, a spray bottle of water.
1.Heat the screw until it's glowing at you (hold it with the pliers)
2. Push the hot screw into the injector hole (Push square and do not thread.)
3. Allow to cool all the way down, add water as required
4. Pull out perfectly perpendicular to the hole/
As the molten plastic contracts around the screw, it shrinks away from the injector.
