Hi folks just wanted people’s opinion or experience with using a induction tool versus a blow torch for those pesky rusted bolts !!!! Thinking about getting this https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/220V-1000W-Mini...ect=mobile gets good reviews .

I have one. It is much better than a blow torch once you consider access! Also just better anyway (for the problem nut at least) Note: you only get so many goes with the elements but I have not yet finished off the ones I got with it, or the extra set I bought from AliExpress (different sizes)

My neighbour (at work) is a small garage business. I know he's had a couple of these miniductor tools, and they have both failed in service. That said, he does use an induction heater all the time and swears by it, I'm not sure what brand he has now.Richard

I have a theory on this. If you never question the new shoes, or the dress that you know will be worn once if it’s lucky, then you will be left in peace to do your man-maths and buy bits for Land Rovers.
