2.7 TDV6 diesel fuel leak around rear injectors

Our MY12 D4 with the 2.7 TDV6 is leaking diesel around the rear injector area on the passenger side of the engine bay. A diesel smell is noticeable outside of the vehicle after driving and sometimes even inside the cabin, particularly for the front seat passenger.

With the covers (engine cover and heat shielding) off and engine either running or off, there is no visible sign of exactly where it is leaking out of. It is however wet around that area (noticeably a different colouring than that of the other side of the engine bay) with some pooling of liquid visible.

There looks to be a loose plastic yellow piece lying down there too (highlighted with the yellow arrow on the pictures).

Any guidance please?

Could it be part number 1386505 Tube Leak Off Includes Fuel Temperature Sensor that has failed and allowing some leaking?
Is anything else required when fitting/replacing this? Maybe LR019118 Seal Leak Off For Fuel Tube?

It was the leak tube. New set fitted and problem solved.

Was it actually the tube that was leaking or the seals that go into the injectors? I have a leak and am not sure if it's the leak off seal, the tube or the high pressure pipe connections. I had a fuel rail pressure low warning the other day so I think it might be on the high pressure side.

Unsure sorry. The leak was on my D4 which my ex has kept. She elected to take it to the local independent specialist for repair.
