Firstly a big thank you to forum member gstuart. Gave me great advice etc. Did the whole job without removing arch linings.. However that one nut at the back on each corner is a 🤬🤬🤬. Also replaced the Voss connectors with quick release air connectors. The original Delphi shocks had done 168,000 so not bad. One thing I noticed was the left hand shock seemed to have separated, anyone else had this.

Ur so very welcome and glad the push fits came in use, indeed a lot easier and cheaper than the Voss connectors

Really pleased for u mate and ur right with regards to that nut at the back , a right Censored to get at , wow, haven’t seen that before with them separating , mine were just leaking which I confirmed after taking them off by putting around 40 Psi and some soapy water

Also imagine ur find a lot of difference on the road in the way it handles better

Once again really chuffed it’s now sorted

Cheers all, so the following now complete:-

AMK compressor
Front valve block
Front struts x 2

The below are all working ok but as they are all original I will change anyway

Middle and rear valve block plus rear air struts. All with quick release air connections 👍

Finally, yes the difference in ride quantity is night and day compared to before.

Brilliant news mate that it’s resolved and the ride quality is a lot better , indeed surprising in the difference

Know when I first bought mine the suspension was in a right mess, along with being bodged , I needed to replace

Compressor and new bracket , along with stainless steel nuts and bolts
Air tank, gave it several coats of dinitrol before figment
Front struts
3 x valve blocks
Voss connectors replaced with push fits
4 x Meyle Drop links

Good call with regards to the rest as at least then u know it’s all done , plus really pleased regarding the push fits

Hi mate

Apologises but do u mean the struts or drop links, valve blocks etc plse

If it’s the struts I’ve not changed my rear ones but of course can advise on valve blocks and drop links, brake hoses etc if that’s what ur after my friend

As a side note regarding the valve blocks , I tested them for let by after rebuilding them, wished to ensure the seals wert allowing air to pass whilst they were closed , unfortunately even after taking time to rebuild them I had to replace them

Goes without question if I can assist in any way plse fell free to ask and will help all I can to make life easier

Just remembered and hope u don’t mind me saying but when u do ur rear struts plse don’t forget the rubber dust boots
