probably not a fuse.
Could be a back connection
Why don't you list everything that doesn't light up.

Does the gear selector on an auto light up?

try giving the center dash a thump in the side with your fist and see if it brings it back to life, that method seems to work on everything else !

none of the buttons have back illumination in the back or on the doors nothing on the centre console nothing on the dash so can not see the speedo in the dark? but every thing else works the heater lights dim when you switch the lights on.
tried a new switch and dimmer nothing changed?

Got light problem fixed.
It was a damaged wire on the back left audio plug harness rubbing on the metal side panel!
Would have thought the fuse would have blown but it didn't?
Well seams ok now with a bit of tape over damage!
Thanks for the wiring diagram that helped cheers Peter K
