You need to do 2 separate things
1. basically you cut a wire to the fan controller (green/black) the then put the 2 wires into the correct in/out PMW terminals.
earth pin 85, pin 86 to remote receiver
2. using 5 pin relay
cut the green/white wire between climate panel and fan relay under bonnet. (thin wire, do it at climate panel) C1629 pin 7
pin 30 to wiring loom green/white
pin 87a to green/white to climate panel
pin 87 ground
pin 85 ground
pin 86 to remote receiver
Initially you don't need to connect the wire upto the remote receiver. You can just connect to battery + and see if the fan starts blowing. But you need to connect the wire from the new controller and relay together so they are both triggered at the same time

Be the easier way to explain

Thanks
Once I’ve installed it I’ll do a video as usual for others to copy!

This is how I would wire it up. But don't blame me if you break something!
Put the controller behind the glovebox, so it is easy to adjust the settings
1.Wire up as show above.
Don't bother running the wire to under the bonnet yet.
2. Turn the ignition on first and check the fan will still function as before. If it doesn't stop and work out what it wrong before breaking anything else
3. The Voltage terminal should either be connected to 85 or 86. I don't know what is required for landrovers. Have to try one at a time.
Leave the 15 terminal disconnected for now. If you have problems it needs connecting to an ignition supply.
4. Turn off ignition. Connect the wire that is meant to run to under the bonnet to +. The fan should start
Adjust the settings so the fan is running slowly. You don't want it too fast as it will just blow cold air about and flattern battery.
When you are happy it is working, running the wire to under the bonnet.
5. The night before you want to use it. set both temp dials to 24°, set the air direction to where you want it (windscreen?). wait about 5 seconds for the flaps to move. Then turn the engine/ignition off.

So many questions 😅
Is the blower low speed motor hidden behind the glove box?
Is the box under it (1345) a module also with the fan motor? With the red bit being a wire that needs cutting and leaving disconnected?
Ipcu module v and 15 are to be left blank?
What is the 19 and 20 on the controller section?
What wires do I use on the relay as there’s 5 colours? Which one is for the green white and which one is for the 12v?
Thanks PeteDisco 3 SE Manual 2005 V6 2.7

QIs the blower motor hidden behind the glove box?
A Yes. Can't miss it.
QIs the box under it (1345) a module also with the fan motor? With the red bit being a wire that needs cutting and leaving disconnected?
A Yes, it is on the side of it. With the 4 wire plug.
Sorry, ignore the red bit
Q Ipcu module v and 15 are to be left blank?
A See above. V will need connecting to either 85 or 86. You could ask the seller what is required for a landrover discovery.
Try it without 15 connected at first.
QWhat is the 19 and 20 on the controller section?
A Sorry, ignore this
Q What wires do I use on the relay as there’s 5 colours? Which one is for the green white and which one is for the 12v?
A You will have to look at the symbol on the side of the relay when it arives and match with the picture.
If it is marked 85,86 etc. I gave these numbers in a post above.
You may not want to use the base that comes with the relay.
The rear of the climate panel has lots of green white wires, you will have to check carefully. Probably a thin wire you are looking for. On the large plug

Hiya Pete
Here’s images of relay
I see 85 and 86 on it but I can’t understand what wires it refers to
There’s 2 green ones on relay I’m wondering they’re the ones?
I think this is the only part I don’t understand at this stage

If you disconnect the relay plug and have a close look underneath, you should see numbers stamped next to the terminals. (refer to the 2nd pic on ebay).
Connect them up like this
cut the green/white wire between climate panel and loom. (thin wire) C1629 pin 7. Connect pin 30
to wiring loom green/white
pin 87a to green/white to climate panel

Hi Pete
Please see attached of lower glove box. I see a circular component that resembles your picture but horizontal. I cross referenced with an eBay image of a blower motor but can’t seem to identify. Nor a black box to the right. See images.
However behind the climate control, I see a green and white wire has already been tapped with a blue wire.at be this could be an aftermarket modification ipcu that’s been since removed? Or maybe it’s not the correct wire? There are several green/white so I’m unsure which one is which. I done see any numbering on the climate plug look to identify which pin is which.
I’ll read over the thread again while I await reply but I’d also prefer someone confirm the wire as to prevent me from presuming and causing damage.
Last image is the blue wire tap clip thing
Thanks

It’s not that green wire with the blue connector.
You should see the grey bit (from ebay links) sticking out the motor
In fact I can see it in your pic, on the right, at the back

Regarding the climate panel.
It’s one of the bigger connectors.
Count 7 from the edge and see if you get to a green/white wire.
Also look at the corners of the connector with eye glass. Should have a 1 marked on one end, to indicate pin 1
To be absolutely sure you could remove the fan relay from under the bonnet and continuity check the wire through with the climate panel disconnected.
On the relay under the bonnet, 2 pins will have 12v on them.
Another pin will connect to the thick white fan wire. It’s not them 3 pins.
The 4 pin should connect to the green white wire you need
