I have the high line 600w amp on a 2014 D4.

The answer is almost definitely no.The amplifier in a D4 is part of the MOST bus fiber optic system.
MOST (Media Oriented Systems Transport) uses fiber optic cables for data transfer,it’s possible to buy a converter interface but it will not be plug and play.

I'm sure there's a guide to the wiring changes or wires to add.

The Meridian high line and the Meridian Surround Sound premium line amplifiers both interface with the MOST bus.

This might help you out, see https://www.aulro.com/afvb/l319-discovery-...16-d4.html. I remembered having read a long time ago about this…
