Hiya all just had me wheels refurbished and looking at some new wheel nuts, now I was gonna get the same land rover nuts again but I now notice you can get a solid version as opposed to a capped version, anyone any experience of the solid versions and whether cosmetically they hold up or do they just go dull and rusty???
Cheers in advance!

DO NOT GET THE CAPPED ONES ! the nuts swell under the cap and it's an absolute pain to get them off... plenty of stories on here to that effect..
Solid ones stand up well, but it depends on the make and how much you want to pay... my solid have dulled off but still solid and not rounded and that's after 5 years plus of use... I want to see the sweets before I get into your windowless van... I'm not stupid!

Agree... the capped ones are dreadful. I bought some solid off ebay and have been perfect for the last 3 or 4 years.
