Hi

Alas the lower wishbones for air suspension and coils are different , the upper wishbones look the same , also best to get new nuts and bolts

https://www.advancedfactors.co.uk/steering--suspension-12-c.asp

Fingers crossed it’s not the rear uppers as they can be right swines to get out Big Cry , plus if the rear uppers or front lowers are replaced ur need 4 x wheel alignment to be done

Hope that’s useful to u

Lower

Upper

Did it come with factory springs or has it been converted?

I think the difference between lower arms air and lower arms coil, is a jacking bracket welded onto the latter. There is too much suspension travel to lift a wheel using scissor jack on the chassis, so you lift directly on the lower arm.

With air suspension you can drop the car to access height. Upper arms are same air or coil.

Thanks everyone!
I suspected there might be a difference but couldn't find any info.
They are factory springs, probably because it is a van.
Is there any thing else I should consider getting while it's asunder.
The plan at the moment is to get it to the DOE test and see what they say.
It has been parked up for a few years and I'm trying to revive it.
Needs a bit of welding on the chassis but other than that, I'm pretty hopeful.
Just don't want to throw a load of money at it only to be told its too far gone
