Ordered 2 trunks which arrived today. Sadly both badly damaged with bits broken off both lids and one trunk with the corner smashed and the wheel loose. Returns form already filled in and e-mailed back to Wilko. Big Cry
Quick update! I have already received a refund from Wilko this morning! They don`t want the damaged trunks back so I might end up with one usable one but the plastic is quite brittle so it might not stand up to a lot of rough handling. Might be ok for storage where it doesn`t need to get moved about.

I bought two of which one had the lid smashed on the corner. Same story as you, called customer support who gave me a refund and didn't want the bits. Five minutes with a soldering iron and the lid is back together, not pretty but it seems sturdy enough.

different item (kids' wooden kitchen) but found out yesterday that the website only seems to report stock levels for the Wilko stores that offer click'n'collect. If you find a local store that hasn't been upgraded to c'n'c they may have stock.
