Hi all
Yesterday my handbrake started squeaking when engaging and disengaging
I used my gap iid to unjam and seems to work fine now
But my question is should I have it looked at?
It’s 11 months old and my second one costing over 2k now which is ridiculous

I would suggest popping the discs off and inspecting the shoes and making sure everything is properly adjusted. When I bought my D3 the parking brake was playing up but after taking the discs off and cleaning everything it was fine but I also found some other issues so replaced the discs and shoes and no issues since.
