| U0122-87 key out in any gear |

Hi all
I have a U0122-87 fault and I have stripped the car checking all the wiring and so far I have not found anything wrong.... I have an IPC that has most of the warning lights on, the gearbox on F and I can shift the shifter (auto) without pressing the brake and I can pull out the key while shifter is on drive or any gear the shifter is on..... LR GTR says that this fault is no communication between ABS and Transfer case module..... I have checked for continuity of each and every wire that there is on the module connection.... I also have p504-64 and P594-29 which both refer to the brake light switch..... I changed it to a new one but still the same...... I checked its wiring and all is fine.....
I have tried for continuity on the hs and ls can euros and they're OK too.... I checked the can resistance at the abs connector and I got what the manual says for not open loop...... is there mire info re tests that I can do for the can bus system?
I've wasted more than a whole week's work on it and got nowhere..... can anyone shed some light please
