Callipers, cast iron or aluminium?

The rear callipers could do with replacement. They work but are nearing the end of their life.

TRW sell two types, cast iron (cheaper) or aluminium (more expensive)

What’s the standard caliper, and which is the one to go for?

Thanks

I think I’ll go with cast iron, nobody likes a stripped thread. It’s not like I’m trying to save unsprung weight 😂

If replacing individually, you must replace like for like

If your doing a pair, fit the cheaper ones Laughing

Yeah, I agree I’ll replace them both, they’re not too dear, providing the banjo bolts come off!

I wonder if the new caliper vines with new banjo bolts? 😗
