Fuse 9 (15A) missing do I need it ?

Hi everybody !

question.....fuse number 9 (15A) is missing in my fuse box. What does it do or control and do I need it?

I do have an issue at moderate speed of a feeling that the vehicle wants to break out. I take my foot of the accelerator and can get control again. It can cause your heart to skip a beat

,
any ideas and specific the fuse!

Wonder if that was designed for the Range Rover sport .?? , , seeing they have an active anti roll bar system , also just checked and that fuse is also missing in my fuse box
