I also have a loud thrust bearing maybe that’s the cause of the metal dust

Was told to just ignore it til it breaks or the clutch needs replacing and do it then Disco 3 SE Manual 2005 V6 2.7

No, that is the wrong viscosity - you need 75W-80. Take your pick:
