Any who have installed a Defa or similar coolant heater in a Discovery 4 SDV 3.0 or if it is at all possible

What benefit would this add to the heating already provided by the Fuel Burning Heater ("FBH") ?

The fuel burner is not doing much usage when it is minus -20 - -30 outside  it is somehow warming my cabin, but not enough for even removing ice from the windows. Secondly it does not at all seem like it warms the coolant for the engine
