Front Air Strut boots - MY10 D4 - should it have some fitted

While looking for a replacement boot kit for one of my rear struts, i've come across a set for the front struts (Part no : RBG500010).

Neither of my front struts have boots fitted, so was just wondering if it should have ?

Norway 2011 Discovery 4 3.0 SDV6 HSE Auto Ipanema SandDiscovery 4

Came across the same part (RBG500010 ) and was wondering the same thing. Anyone know if they should be fitted? I don't think the suspension that I took off had them, but if its advisable to add them I'll definitely do that.
