I think I might have a brake problem. On occasion, when pulling away from a stop after using the brakes reasonably heavily, I hear a low sounding thud from the nsf wheel. I think it might be the calliper freeing up. I don’t hear the sound again until I move off again after another stop using the brakes. I can drive for many miles not using the brakes with no probs. I also have a bit of brake judder when braking from 60-65 mph. So maybe I have a sticky nsf calliper. Does this sound plausible and would it be easy to free it up as a diy job? Regards, Peter.

Sticky callipers are a common problem, very easy and cheap to replace. I had a rear one stick on two weeks ago and the temporary one a local garage put on to get me moving also stuck.. so now putting upgraded ones on (same as I did to the front). Also check your discs aren’t slightly warped!
If you have a sticky caliper the wheel will be hot to touch when you stop. I want to see the sweets before I get into your windowless van... I'm not stupid!
