Discovery 4 Landmark
After a few years of owning a Nissan back again with a 2015 Discovery 4 Landmark. I know black is a pain to keep fresh but thought I’d go for that this time.
Spent today working away with the Dual Action polisher and gave Meguiers DA microfibre cutting paste and polish ago. Haven’t used it before and seemed to do the job. Its a bit one stop shop compared with using different cutting pads and compounds which allow you to “find your feet” and what works on your paint but think it did a good job. Its quite hard to see but there were a number of swirls and hazing of the paint which have all gone now.
Other than that it was removal of a tow bar that had been in place for 5 years…..
It came out after removal of the lock and hammer an punch, not sure if i need some overhaul kit now as the internal pin that locks is solid.
Made a start on fitting the LED lights inside, reverse and rear fogs. Makes a massive difference bringing it up to date.
Think thats enough for today!
