alan,.......i would consider myself one of your 'friends in the police' but certain crimes do not require 'intent'. its all about 'actus reus' and 'mens rea'. common sense is a distant factor in the criminal justice system, you must be 100% sure of the facts to obtain a safe conviction, hence the thoroughness of the investigation. i am a great believer in the 'string 'em up' mentallity.........but lets be sure were stringing up the right person Wink

UK.Gov have screwed both the Police and the public... or citizens as they like to call us.
