Hi Everyone
We are moving to the UK (from US) and will buy a D4. We've had a D3 (LR3) with a Traxide dual battery set up (primarily for fridge) and its been excellent.
I've been reading about the 2014 and newer D4 lack of space in engine bay for a second battery (Optima Yellow Top) - is there any consensus about the best location for the second battery?
I've read wiggs' post (https://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/topic67350.html) but haven't really come across much else in terms of alternative locations etc. Is this about the best spot we have?
I guess if we buy a pre-2014 (pre-stop/start) its less of an issue and engine bay comes back into play, but it is still a very tight squeeze?
