Discovery 4 heated steering wheel
Would a 2014 heated steering wheel fit a 2013 discovery?
Is it a simple swap thanks

Be careful as there were some changes to the electronics in the wheel for the facelift model (mid 2014 onwards)… if the wheel at Kent 4x4 came off an early 2014 car then it’s a straight swap… if not….. I want to see the sweets before I get into your windowless van... I'm not stupid!

You need to get them to send you a photo of the heating ECU, which is a little box that sits behind the right hand switch pack. If it’s thin and flat with three cables coming out of it then it’s the 2014+ model and will be no good to you. If it’s a bit fatter (like a matchbox), held in by a rubber pad and has two cables then it’s the one you need and it’s a dead easy job.
There are some photos in a fairly recent thread from where I had two different wheels and I got there in the end. Good luck!
