Gap IID bt g3 , D3 indicator one touch activation ? |
|
Hi on my 05 D3 SE tdv6 auto , I have updated the ccf with BT G3 with the pre 07 update , and now have the clock on the dials , but assumed that one touch indicators would also be activated and the light on dash to say I have my lights on ,
How do I get these other 2 functions ? ,
Also cant seem to turn off the ignition key in BONG ,
Sorry if these Q's have been asked before I did try and search but come up empty handed .
many Thanks Phil

Need to edit Ccf settings for 3 flashes and key bong.
Lights on indicator will depend on which firmware update you used

Hi Pete , Thanks for the quick reply , Totally new to the GAP and not delved to much into the D3 luckily had no faults to speak of ,should keep my gob shut lol ,
So is it difficult to edit the CCF settings without any danger of screwing things up ?
Thanks Phil

well you have done a firmware update, which is more than I have risked
A CCF edit should be ok. (ensuring battery is nice and charged)
Just go into CCF, hunt for the 2 options you want to change (indicators and key) enable or disable as appropriate and then press update or whatever. Follow on screen instructions.
Car will go a little mad as CD makes loading noise and gauges go loopy
