Bonnet Decals
We’ve finally got round to fitting the decals from www.powerfuluk.com. Very pleased with them.

There are a few other suppliers, but I think Powerfuluk were the ones that initially designed it (happy to be proven wrong), so that's why I ordered from them too. There's wasn't much difference in prices, plus u got 10% off through ebay, so that was nice!Discovery 4 GS 2009 Auto Stornoway Grey

Looking good.
But it must be nerve racking to fit large pieces of vinyl in such precise locations and at the same time watching you don’t get trapped dirt, air/water bubbles or creases?
…… or was it dead simple!

Fortunately there’s a YouTube video which was very helpful. We had to do it on our drive so the windy conditions didn’t help, but we took our time, made sure the bonnet was clean and used the alcohol wipes in the pack to degrease the surface. It turned out to be fairly straightforward although getting everything lined up was a little tricky. Using a water spray with a little baby shampoo in it allowed for a bit of repositioning. Pushing out the water and air bubbles with the plastic squeegee thing was strangely satisfying.
