Hi Matt, looks like that was a bit of a mission, good effort getting through it. I have been there but mine wasn’t quite so challenging. Like Gary said, rear top arms are a swine. Easy to check when setting the epb shoes, if the top rear arm bushes are sot you will see the arm moving if you pinch the disc when adjusting the shoes - that’s how I found mine.
Anyway, keep at it, never say die. Plenty of info and help in this ‘ere forum.

Fingers crossed u don’t have to do the rear upper wishbones as they are complete pigs to do , u might break the swear box with that one
At least at the end of the day ur know it’s been done properly so peace of mind
Great thread and wishing u all the best and look forward to ur progress and some piccies plse
Hi Stuart, the swear is held together with gaffa tape, but she's holding. The wheels do lean in at the top, so I doubt I'll be away from there for long
Fingers crossed there ok , plus 1 what kev has said easier to see with the wheel off to check those top bushes
Here’s a link that has some more info for , plus of course the fantastic forum members always there to help
Doing a great job there mate and got everything crossed there isn’t much more to do

Hi Kev
Funny enough found mine when they were in access height by rocking the top of the tyre , wouldn’t do it in normal or off road height
Indeed think that’s a right of passage when u do them lol, still , i think replacing a lower air inlet pipe is a close second for being a total

Well finally fired up and registered the tampon tonight.
Truthfully the list was shorter than expected.
I have recalibrated the sas, the front suspension, but the rear suspension isn't lifting when manually done from my phone, not sure what that is, but Lipsticks no longer flatter than a skeletons left Booby.2006 D3 aka Lipstick (bad purchase) my daily.

Hi Matt,
That list of faults doesn't look too bad at all. I'm sure if you look in to them more closely you will find lots of them are old codes. I would say clear them all down then fire the car up and see which ones come back.
How did you get on with the brakes? All sorted?

Hi Kev,
The only two that remain are the transfer case and the engine one, something to do with a sensor one the transfer case, and breathing on the engine, thinking major blockage of the egr system, probably wrong though.
Much smoother drive since manually resetting the front suspension height, just a shame the rear won't lift. Then flashes up, normal ride height only on the dash, even though the rear offside is 3/4" down.2006 D3 aka Lipstick (bad purchase) my daily.

Lipstick is not the truck I bought
This week I have calibrated the sas, manually set the suspension and set it to standard height, replaced the seized rear calipers and replaced the brake fluid.
Having suspension and brakes, albeit I only have standard height ONLY it drives really nice.
Glad I listened to advice and got the dashboard tampon it's made such a difference.
Actually starting to like driving me truck. The 200 mile drive tonight was actually a pleasure instead of a skull rattling experience it normally is.2006 D3 aka Lipstick (bad purchase) my daily.

Ah the saga continues.
Suspension dropped as you can see.
Reset the front and the codes have gone.......
Even though its saying rear right, that was the only one I don't touch as it doesn't do anything.
Gonna be a long road to recovery I think.2006 D3 aka Lipstick (bad purchase) my daily.

That's frustrating! Look on the bright side, it is still better than it was and I'm sure the suspension issue will be relatively easy to resolve. Hopefully, as said the problem is a damaged wire or maybe a leaky valve.
For the most part, a problem is only as big and as bad as you make it.
Good luck with it, don't forget to keep us up dated with progress.

Confession time/possible cause, on my 200 mile trip south the other week, I did plow into a flooded road, came over a brow doing........ er..... the speed limit and found the road was about 18" deep in water. TBH i am surprised the airbag didn't go off with the impact.
But no prob's until the next day approx 7 hrs later on my way to work.
I did think a frayed or broken wire as the last time I calibrated the suspension the rear right did nothing.
But the front must have a leak, I did think it looked low the other day and then forgot until the concussion induced driving returned and it felt like my seat was titled forward.
On a side note, does anyone know where the irritating bing'bong speaker located, a warning light is enough for me, I don't require a bing'bong every half a mile to tell me a light that I can clearly see is illuminated.2006 D3 aka Lipstick (bad purchase) my daily.
