No immediate response when turning ignition lock-need advice

Slow, slow first start every (cold) day. Electrical issue ....

In cold weather I have a very irritating problem that I can't solve here in the Netherlands.
Hope someone can give me some good advice.

On the first start of the day (actually only in cold weather) Disco3 2.7 TDV6 starts hard. No immediate response when turning ignition lock.
First thought of battery, immobilizer but can not place.
When the ignition key is turned, it takes quite a long time (1-2 minutes) before the lighting of the radio and the radio itself comes on. Only then does the blower/fan start blowing/rotating.
It's like the "computer starts up slowly". Or that there is an empty capacitor that needs to be filled first. The battery is a new Bosch S5 013 100Ah.
Does anyone have an idea how I can fix this error. Thanks in advance for all the advice and advice.

Addition: when the radio and fan are running, the car can be started normally and starts immediately.

I think I would be looking at the earths around the battery, with attention paid to the one that goes to the engine. I would also check the voltage across the battery on a cold morning prior to turning the key. Although battery is new it is the CCA that counts.

Still dealing with the same problem. Found the ground cable that goes up to the chassis behind the right wheel arch, in front of the strut. Piece of cable of 15-20 cm.
Now I see many pictures (see attached) that the cable seems to continue to ....

In my case it looks I see only the red part?

In my case the cable is no longer than said 15-20 cm. Where should the other part go / attached on ?
In the past, the body was lifted twice (for information).
