Hi,
have a D4 TDV6 2.7l from 2010 175t km.
I have noticed that when I start the car the voltage rises to around 14...V for half a second and then immediately drops back down to around 12.6V (measured in the cigarette lighter and at the battery) when the engine runs idle. Only at a higher speed (3000rpm) does >14V arrive. This is particularly the case when several consumers (seat heating, window heating...) are switched on and is less noticeable when everything is off.
Is it normal?
I have a new AGM-Batterie (Exide EK950 AGM 12V 95Ah) fittet some weeks ago.
CCF set to "H8HD 90Ah 950 cold cranking ampere"
Alternator lack or ECM-Module?
