Mine has dropped over the last few days as I have not been using it it’s more noticeable… I am pretty sure it’s my front n/S strut as when I put the disco in extra high mode I could hear a faint hissing from this area. Might be worth trying the same using the block of wood to trick the suspension to go into extra high then pressing the suspension up switch again to go to the highest setting.
