Hi again,
Mine has not 'worked' since changing the small battery for a new one.
No warning lights either.......
How can the start/stop be tested as working fully as expected?

Pound to a penny you need a you main battery as well...
These are excellent for monitoring battery health, I have them fitted to both batteries in mine.

Hi again,
Yes, we have a CTEK charger and the main battery is working fine and maintained.
Am I missing a step in the install of the smaller battery, with a reset of the BMS etc?

It's not the charger, it's a monitor. The two are different.
I'd change the main battery and reset the BMS for sure, opinions vary on the need for that, mine is you need to and my 2014 SS works like it is new, how I want it to.
