Best battery for disco 3
Hi Guys,
need to replace my battery. what do you all use. i like the idea of bosch. S5013 2250 BOSCH BATTERY. anyone fitted one?

I stuck a brand new bosch s5 silver AGM in mine. It’s sat in the garage now, replaced it with the exide lump.
Bosch Seemed to work fine but monitoring voltage it never seemed right, exide been great for the last few years, now use the bosch in a battery box for camping.

I've had a Fiamm Black Titanium 95 Ah for 1 1/2 months now, car seems to be happy. At the place which specializes in batteries for vehicles and boats the Fiamm and an Exide were the only ones that fit as my MY05 fits a wide, not a high, battery. The Exide would have been a 90 Ah one and otherwise would have been identical to the LR branded original that now got replaced.

Agree, fitted last week....Exide EA1000 for Disco 3 - for all your electrical needs...
Its veeeery heavy...
