I've had the temperature needle stay at the bottom while the engine is warm. When I turn the ignition off and turn it on again the needle rises to halfway up and then drops when I crank the engine. I've changed the coolant and oil temperature sensors. The viscous fan spins when the engine is warm too. Any ideas?

Cracked solder joint on the back of the dash circuit board. If you have gap lld diagnostics you can reprogram another dash and theres one for sale on this site Andrew
