U0128 + Fuel gauge not working

Hi all,

I clipped a kerb last weekend and my fuel gauge instantly stopped working.
I thought it might come back as it has done in the past, but this hasn't happened for some time now.

The instrument cluster shows fault code U0128 - Lost Communication with Park Brake Control Module (PBCM).
I have seen online that EPB issues can cause this problem.

Any suggestions on where to start looking?
