Hi mate
Many thanks , apologises as I should have worded it better , so as with the FBH remote starts the engine to pre heat the cabin I just wondered if something could also start the engine to activate the AC , assuming u have to leave the controls on it was just what could be used to start the engine to allow the AC to come on
Know when I was in the states I could start the engine via a remote , it left the vehicles doors locked , I just either turned the fan onto heat or cool as I got out the vehicle the previous evening
Maybe something could be added to the thatcham alarm, know there’s class 1-2-3 , think the D3 is class 3 ??
Thks again
Ps, hope ur good mate

Sorry Gary, my misunderstanding.
Remote starts have been around for a very long time, but you would have to overcome the immobilizer!
Easier to run out and start it and run back in again. You could then watch from the window as it speeds off down the road with your local joy rider at the wheel. yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

Don’t be daft mate , I should have written it better
What, wait, u want me to go out and turn the fan on, that’s madness in using all that effort first thing in the morning
Ur right though ref the immobiliser as it interrupts the starter motor signal
That’s ok, I’ll just wire 240 Vac to the door handle as a wake up call for any joy riders
